The Bay Area Cabaret's fall season — which will be presented at San Francisco's Marines Memorial Club — has been announced.

Husband-and-wife actors Jason Danieley and Marin Mazzie will kick off the season in the Commandant's Room on Oct. 23. The 5 PM concert will feature Mazzie and Danieley's acclaimed "Opposite You" program, which will be released on CD Nov. 8.

Darius de Haas will follow with his concert devoted to the songs of Stevie Wonder. The celebrated tenor will perform "The Stevie Wonder Songbook" Nov. 20 at 5 PM.

The fall season concludes with former Mamma Mia! star Karen Mason, who will take to the stage of the Crystal Ballroom Dec. 11 at 5 PM. Mason's show is titled "The Winner Takes It All."

Jason Danieley, who played Dr. Rey in the Signature Theatre's production of The Highest Yellow, was most recently on Broadway as Malcolm MacGregor in The Full Monty, a role he repeated in London. For his Broadway debut in Candide, he received a Theatre World Award and a Drama Desk nomination. His other theatrical credits include the City Center Encores! production of Strike Up the Band as well as Off-Broadway runs in Dream True and Floyd Collins.

A three-time Tony Award nominee for her performances in Kiss Me, Kate; Ragtime; and Passion, Marin Mazzie's other theatrical credits include Man of La Mancha, Into the Woods, Big River, The World Goes 'Round, the City Center Encores! production of Out of this World and Off-Broadway's The Trojan Women: A love Story, where she met husband Jason Danieley. Mazzie also starred in the London production of Kiss Me, Kate, where she earned an Olivier Award nomination for her work. She will soon be seen in the Actors' Fund of America's annual benefit concert, playing Lily Garland in On the Twentieth Century.

Darius de Haas has appeared on Broadway in Marie Christine, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Carousel, Rent and The Gershwins' Fascinating Rhythm. He created the title role in Running Man for which he received an Obie Award, and his other theatrical credits include The Bacchae, Saturn Returns, Children of Eden, Once On This Island and I Was Looking at the Ceiling and Then I Saw the Sky. De Haas was also part of the recent benefit Hair and Pippin concerts. His debut solo recording, on the ps Classics label, is titled "Day Dream: Variations on Strayhorn."

A star of the musical theatre and cabaret stage, Karen Mason has appeared on Broadway in Mamma Mia!, Sunset Boulevard, Jerome Robbins' Broadway and Torch Song Trilogy. Her Off-Broadway credits include And the World Goes 'Round and Carnival, and she has also been seen on the small screen in "Law & Order" and "As the World Turns." A six-time MAC Award-winning performer, Mason has charmed audiences at Carnegie Hall, Rainbow & Stars, Davenport's and L.A.'s The Cinegrill. Her solo recordings include "When the Sun Comes Out," "Better Days," "Not So Simply Broadway" and "Christmas! Christmas! Christmas!"
