Keenan-Bolger, Murney, Cooper and Gambatese Set for Oct. 24 Benefit

| photo by Aubrey Reuben | Several Broadway favorites will be among the performers featured at the annual Gala Benefit for Theatreworks/USA.
The Oct. 24 benefit at the Millennium Broadway Hotel's Hudson Theatre will boast performances by Celia Keenan-Bolger, Cheyenne Jackson, Julia Murney, Chuck Cooper (with son Eddie Cooper) and Jenn Gambatese as well as the companies of Slut and Junie B. Jones. The evening will begin with cocktails and a silent auction at 6 PM, followed by dinner at 7:30 PM and the entertainment at 8 PM.
Performer/producer Jamie deRoy and literary advocate Verne Oliver will also be presented with the Lee Salk Goodworks Award. Former Mamma Mia! star Karen Mason will be on hand to pay tribute to her friend deRoy. Tony Roberts will also be part of the awards presentations.
