Wilson Jermaine Heredia, Tracie Thoms and Rosario Dawson—all stars of the new film version of Rent—will work together again on the upcoming City Lights Pictures movie "Descent.

The new film is a psychological thriller "about a college coed, Maya, played by Dawson, who turns into a vengeful seductress after a shocking act of violence."
The film will be shot on location in New York City. Principal photography began on Nov. 17. Danny Fisher and his brothers Jack and Joe will executive produce, along with Michael Almog and Michael Califra.
City Lights Media Group was founded 23 years ago by brothers Danny, Jack and Joe Fisher.
In "Rent" Dawson plays the role originally played on stage by Daphne Rubin Vega and Thoms plays the role created by Fredi Walker. Heredia portrays Angel, the same part he essayed on stage.
