Latinologues Welcomes Shock Jock Jimenez Dec. 9

Luis Jimenez, who hosts the morning radio show "El Vacilon de la Manana," will make a guest appearance in Latinologues Dec. 9.

The appearance will mark the Broadway debut of Jimenez, the radio personality the New York Daily News once dubbed "the shock jock who outgrosses Howard Stern."

Latinologues — created and written by Rick Najera — is a collection of monologues about the Latino experience in America. The Broadway company features Najera, Jaime Camil, Eugenio Derbez, Rene Lavan and Shirley A. Rumierk. Cheech Marin directs. The limited engagement at the Helen Hayes Theatre will end Dec. 31.

Latinologues plays Tuesday-Friday evenings at 8 PM, Saturdays at 5 and 9 PM and Sundays at 3 and 7 PM. Tickets are available by calling (212) 239-6200. The Helen Hayes Theatre is located at 240 West 44th Street.
