A Night with Janis Joplin, which recently ended its limited Broadway run, will reopen in Manhattan at the Gramercy Theatre, located at 127 E. 23rd St., April 10.

Mary Bridget Davies, who was acclaimed for her work in the title role on Broadway, will reprise her role as the late rock singer.

An exclusive presale for Citi Cardholders begins March 17 followed by Live Nation and Ticketmaster presales beginning at 10 AM March 18. Tickets will be available to the general public at 10 AM March 19 via Ticketmaster.com and at the Gramercy Theatre box office.

"We are thrilled to open A Night With Janis Joplin at the Gramercy Theatre, and look forward to working with the Live Nation team,” lead producers Todd Gershwin, Michael Cohl and Daniel Chilewich said in a statement. “We know that fans will love this new production, which builds upon our successful runs throughout the country with some exciting new creative elements."

A Night with Janis Joplin is described as "a musical journey celebrating Janis and her biggest musical influences—icons like Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Odetta, Nina Simone and Bessie Smith, who inspired one of rock & roll’s greatest legends."

Written and directed by Randy Johnson, the musical is produced by Michael Cohl, Todd Gershwin and Daniel Chilewich, in association with The Estate of Janis Joplin and Jeffrey Jampol for JAM, Inc.

Additional creative team, casting and co-producers will be announced shortly.

Show times are scheduled for Tuesday-Thursday at 7 PM, Friday at 7 PM and 10 PM, Saturday at 2 PM and 8 PM and Sunday at 3 PM. Tickets ($65-$90) are available online at Ticketmaster.com and at the Gramercy Theatre box office.
