"A Roundabout Road to Broadway," Hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, Broadcast Tonight

NBC 4 New York airs the Roundabout Theatre Company's short film "A Roundabout Road to Broadway," hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, Feb. 6 at 7 PM. In celebration of the organization's 50th anniversary, it features exclusive interviews with Roundabout alum Alec Baldwin, Laura Benanti, Kristin Chenoweth and more.

Directed by Andrew Lawton, "A Roundabout Road to Broadway" chronicles the theatre's road to success, revealing the artistic leaps of faith along the way — from producing plays out of a supermarket basement, to battling bankruptcy to becoming one of New York's most reputable cultural institutions. The company bills it as "one of the most remarkable comeback stories in NYC history."
