American Dance Machine for The 21st Century (ADM21) kicks off its engagement at New York's Joyce Theater Dec. 21, with performances set to run through Jan. 3, 2016. Wayne Cilento (Wicked, original cast of A Chorus Line) directs, with musical direction provided by Eugene Gwozdz.
With 22 dancers and eight musicians, the show features musical numbers choreographed by Donna McKecknie, Robert La Fosse, Pamela Sousa, Gemze de Lappe, Mia Michaels, Niki Atkins and more.
Re-arranged with modern flare, this year's program includes works from A Chorus Line;How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying;Oklahoma!; Promises, Promises; and West Side Story.
