Mo Brady (The Addams Family, "Smash") and Nikka Graff Lanzarone (Chicago, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown) have released the 29th episode of "The Ensemblist" — a podcast featuring Broadway backstage stories — entitled "Readings and Workshops."

"The Ensemblist," according to press notes, "is an inside look at the experience of being a Broadway performer — from the first rehearsal through performing eight shows a week and beyond. Whether you're an experienced theatre professional or just a passionate fan, 'The Ensemblist' gives listeners the opportunity to get to know new performers and the great work they do onstage, while also shedding light on some of the hidden innerworkings of Broadway."

The "Readings and Workshops" episode features members of different original Broadway casts, including Ben Cameron (Wicked), Kevin Duda (The Book of Mormon, Beautiful) and Ryann Redmond (Bring It On, If/Then), who discuss the development of a musical and the challenges they witnessed along the way.

"On this episode of 'The Ensemblist,'" according to press notes, "Nikka and Mo interview three performers who have been able to watch a musical grow from the workshop stages to Opening Night on The Great White Way. These performers have firsthand experience of how many changes an original musical endures in order to garner success."
