Steven Pasquale, the star of the short-lived Broadway musical The Bridges of Madison County that ended its Broadway run May 18, will join the new Netflix thriller from the creators of "Damages," according to Deadline.com.

Written and executive-produced by "Damages" creators Todd A. Kessler, Daniel Zelman and Glenn Kessler (KZK), the 13-episode series also features two-time Tony Award winner Norbert Leo Butz (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Catch Me If You Can), Katie Finneran, Enrique Murciano, Kyle Chandler, Ben Mendelsohn, Linda Cardellini, Sissy Spacek and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and actor Sam Shepard.

Butz will portray the youngest son, who considers himself the unofficial mayor of the family's small hometown, and Shepard will play the patriarch of the family. The project centers on a close-knit family whose secrets are revealed when their estranged, eldest son returns home.

Also announced to join the production is Chloë Sevigny, who along with Pasquale, will have a recurring role on the series. Pasquale will portray a love interest to the character portrayed by Cardelini.
