The Nederlander Organization announced Aug. 12 that the upcoming Broadway premiere of Jason Robert Brown's Honeymoon in Vegas and the starry revival of A.R. Gurney's Love Letters would switch their previously announced theatres.

Honeymoon in Vegas, which was originally announced to play the 1,069-seat Brooks Atkinson Theatre, will now play Broadway's 1,232-seat Nederlander Theatre, currently home to Disney's Newsies. The theatre offers a more suitable home to Honeymoon's larger phyiscal production. Previews begin as scheduled Nov. 18.

Tony nominee Rob McClure, Brynn O'Malley and Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominee Tony Danza star. Read about the new musical here.

Love Letters, which boasts a rotating roster of stars, will begin previews as scheduled on Sept. 13 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Brian Dennehy, Mia Farrow, Alan Alda, Candice Bergen, Carol Burnett, Anjelica Huston, Stacy Keach, Diana Rigg and Martin Sheen are among the actors who will appear in the production for limited engagements. The Nederlander Organization states that theatregoers who purchased tickets for either production will automatically be issued to that production's new theatre. Changes to the new venues will not be reflected on Ticketmaster until the morning of Aug. 15.

Both productions will open as scheduled.

"We are so happy to be able to make these arrangements for both productions which now have their first choice of venue for their particular needs," said Nederlander Organization's executive vice president Nick Scandalios in a statement.
