Here's how The Women of His World is described: "Sir Noel Coward was blessed with an abundance of friends and admirers. The scores of people who ingratiated themselves into his life were, at times, overwhelming. Yet, very few were privy to his 'Secret Heart.' And fewer still could call themselves part of 'The Family'. Follow the touching, hilarious and fascinating stories of five of the most influential women of Noël Coward's world. Through songs, poems, and correspondences between Coward and the women who touched his heart and enriched his soul, we are given a rare glimpse of the master himself, as seen through the eyes of some of his closest female confidantes."
Merrill is the artistic director of Noël and Company. Along with producing director Ashley and managing director Christopher Stegmayer, Noel and Company has produced The Vortex, with Edward Hibbert, Bobby Steggert and Suzanne Bertish; Design For Living, with Amy Rutberg and Kevin Collins; and The Mousetrap, with Carole Shelley, Paxton Whitehead and Jill Paice.
Noël and Company will present the world premiere of Star Quality, the original script of Coward's last play, Aug. 13 at Lincoln Center's Bruno Walter Auditorium.
