The York Theatre Company's revival of the 1989 Off-Broadway revue Closer Than Ever — featuring the lyrics of Richard Maltby, Jr. and the music of David Shire — will be released on the Jay Records label July 16, according to the label's president, John Yap.

The two-CD recording features the revival's original cast: Jenn Colella (Urban Cowboy, High Fidelity, Chaplin), George Dvorsky (The Scarlet Pimpernel), 2011 Tony nominee Christiane Noll (Ragtime, Jekyll & Hyde, Chaplin) and Sal Viviano (The Full Monty).
