The concert played the New York Musical Theatre Festival in 2006 and will be presented as part of the NYMF's spring concert series.
The new stars join the previously announced Stephen Bogardus (Falsettos), Kevyn Morrow (Ragtime), Bob Stillman (Grey Gardens), Michael Arden (The Times They Are A Changin'), Felicia Finley (The Wedding Singer), J. Robert Spencer (Jersey Boys), Michael Winther (Mamma Mia!) and Liz McCartney (Taboo).
The concert is directed by Jess McLeod (NYMF’s associate director of programming), with music direction by Brian J. Nash.
Other previously announced events in the NYMF concert series include Broadway Idol winner Jac Huberman's concert on on May 8 and 13 at Ars Nova, Broadway Battle of the Bands on May 18 and Undercover Showtunes on June 18.
Started in 2004, NYMF typically presents around 30 or so musicals and many other events in New York City every fall. This year's festival will be held Sept. 17-Oct. 7.
