The two-hour season premiere of "Dancing with the Stars" airs Sept. 20 at 8 PM ET on ABC; the dancers will perform either the Viennese Waltz or Cha Cha.
The 12 celebrities heading to the dance floor this season include Michael Bolton, Brandy, Margaret Cho, Rick Fox, Jennifer Grey, David Hasselhoff, Florence Henderson, Kyle Massey, Bristol Palin, Audrina Partridge, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Kurt Warner.
Hosted by Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke, the celebrities, who are each paired with an accomplished dancer, perform choreographed dance routines that are judged by Ballroom judge Len Goodman and dancer/choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.
The couple with the lowest combined judges' scores and public votes for their performance will be sent home on Sept. 21. On Broadway Henderson was seen in Wish You Were Here, Fanny and The Girl Who Came to Supper, and she also starred in the national tour of The Sound of Music. Best known as Carol Brady on TV's "The Brady Bunch," Henderson's other screen credits include "The Love Boat," "Glitter," "Finder of Lost Loves," "Murder, She Wrote," "Roseanne," "Ally McBeal" and "For Heaven's Sake." She was a co-host of NBC's "Later Today," and was recently seen in the film "Venus and Vegas." She is also attached to the Broadway-bound musical MerryGoRound.
