Broadway's August: Osage County and Xanadu as well as Off-Broadway's Dividing the Estate and Peter and Jerry were chosen by The Associated Press as the top shows of 2007.

AP writer Michael Kuchwara provided the news syndicate with the list of "best productions, on or Off-Broadway, in 2007."
