Full Cast Announced for The Duchess of Malfi at London's Old Vic

Tom Bateman, Mark Bonnar, Harry Lloyd and Finbar Lynch join the previously announced Eve Best in leading roles in Jamie Lloyd's new production of John Webster's The Duchess of Malfi, beginning performances at London's Old Vic March 17 prior to an official opening March 28.

Also in the company are Madeline Appiah (as Cariola), Harry Attwell (Marquis of Pescara), Nari Blair-Mangat (Roderigo), Adam Burton (Silvio), Vyelle Croom (Malateste), Lucy Eaton (Lady in Waiting), Taylor James (Grisolan), Tunji Kasim (Delio), Iris Roberts (Julia) and Alan Westaway (Doctor and Castruccio).

Bateman, who plays Antonio Bologna, will soon be seen in the BBC's "Parade's End" by Tom Stoppard. Recent stage credits include Trevor Nunn's production of The Lion in Winter at the Theatre Royal Haymarket and Much Ado About Nothing at Wyndham's Theatre with David Tennant and Catherine Tate.

Bonnar, who plays Daniel de Bosola, recently appeared onstage in Howard Davies' production of The Cherry Orchard at the National Theatre and in Michael Grandage's Donmar Warehouse production of Twelfth Night at the West End's Wyndham's Theatre. TV credits include BBC's "Twenty Twelve" with Hugh Bonneville and "Paradox" with Tamzin Outhwaite.

Lloyd, who plays Ferdinand, can currently be seen playing the young Denis Thatcher in the film "The Iron Lady." Stage credits include The Little Dog Laughed with Tamsin Grieg and A View from The Bridge with Ken Stott.

Lynch, who plays the Cardinal of Aragon, returns to the Old Vic, where he previously appeared in Dancing at Lughnasa. Other recent stage credits include Out of Joint's production of The Big Fellah, The Faith Healer at Bristol Old Vic, and The Tempest and Julius Caesar for the RSC.
