Full casting has been announced for a new production of Coriolanus that will begin performances at London's Donmar Warehouse Dec. 6 prior to an official opening Dec. 17, for a run through Feb. 8, 2014.

In the play, "an old adversary threatens Rome, so the city calls once more on her hero and defender: Coriolanus. But he has enemies at home too. Famine threatens the city, the citizens' hunger swells to an appetite for change, and on returning from the field Coriolanus must confront the march of realpolitik and the voice of an angry people."
Coriolanus will be broadcast live into cinemas around the world Jan. 30 in partnership with National Theatre Live.
The production is directed by Josie Rourke, with designs by Lucy Osborne, lighting by Mark Henderson and sound by Emma Laxton. The composer is Michael Bruce, and the fight director is Richard Ryan.
