Tony Award winner James Naughton and singer-songwriter Johnny Rodgers have joined the May 15-16 performances of the Jazz and Popular Song series, which will celebrate the music of Cy Coleman at the Allen Room.

Cy Coleman: Bringing Jazz to Broadway will include the previously announced Chuck Cooper (The Life), Michele Lee (Seesaw) and Tamara Tunie ("Law & Order"), with Rodgers and Naughton (Chicago, City of Angels) as new additions. Naughton will only appear during the May 16 concert at 7:30 PM.

Composer Coleman's musicals include Sweet Charity, Seesaw, The Life, Barnum, City of Angels and more. Read about Coleman's career in the Playbill Vault.

Michael Feinstein hosts the series, which will also explore the music of Ethel Waters, as well as the connection between standards and jazz classics, and the common roots of composers from Duke Ellington to Cole Porter in upcoming concerts.
