Representatives for the musical confirmed to Playbill.com that cast member Curtis Holbrook ( West Side Story, Xanadu) will go on in the role of Lucas during Rapp's absence. Reps could not confirm when they expected Rapp to return to the production.

Thanks to everyone for the get well wishes. Seems my ACL had been partially torn and finally just blew out. Fortunate to have a great ortho.
