Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Meryl Streep, "The New Normal" and More Receive 2013 People's Choice Awards

The 2013 People's Choice Awards, hosted by Kaley Cuoco, were presented Jan. 9 at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live. "Glee" series regulars Chris Colfer and Lea Michele took home the respective awards for Favorite Comic TV Actor and Actress.
Ryan Murphy and Allison Adler’s comedy "The New Normal," which features Book of Mormon Tony nominee Andrew Rannells and stage and screen actor Justin Bartha, as new dads, was named Favorite New TV Comedy. The reality singing competition "The X Factor" won Favorite Competition TV Show.
Other notable wins include Meryl Streep for Favorite Movie Icon, Ellen DeGeneres for Favorite Daytime TV Host and Zac Efron for Favorite Dramatic Movie Actor.
