The Musical Mondays Theatre Lab on Thursdays series presents Neurosis: The Musical Nov. 8 at 6:30 PM at The Jerry Orbach Theater, Snapple Theater Center.
The cast includes Zachary Prince, Jeremy Morse, Stuart Zagnit, Leigh Ann Larkin, Joy Hermalyn, John Walton West, Sue Mathys and Jordy Lievers. Andy Sandberg directs.
Neurosis: The Musical features a book by Allan Rice, music by Ben Green and lyrics by Greg Edwards. The new musical comedy, press notes state, "concerns the biggest obstacle to finding your one true love: Yourself." Neurosis will premiere this summer at the Finger Lakes (NY) Music Theatre Festival.

The new season will present previews of three additional new musicals: Drive (Dec. 6), The Passion of Ed Wood (Jan. 10, 2013) and Cynthia and the Dreadful Kite (Feb. 7).

Led by director Daniel Aukin (Back Back Back at MTC, 4,000 Miles), Tony winner Nina Arianda (Venus in Fur at MTC, Born Yesterday) and Sam Rockwell (A Behanding in Spokane, The Way Way Back) bring an explosive intensity to Sam Shepard’s (Buried Child, True West) landmark myth of the new Wild West.
