Linzi Hateley, the West End star who made her Broadway bow in the original production of the short-lived musical Carrie, will be the special guest at Seth's Broadway Chatterbox — hosted by Seth Rudetsky — May 22.

Hateley, as previously reported, will offer True Colors: Life Since Carrie May 27 at 7 PM at 54 Below.

"Acclaimed in London, this concert," according to 54 Below, "is an intimate look at [Hateley's] fascinating career in the theatre. The Theatre World Award winner and Olivier Award nominee will share songs and stories from the many musicals she’s starred in in the West End, including Mamma Mia!, Mary Poppins, Chicago, The Secret Garden, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Les Misérables, as well as her starring role in the most infamous Broadway flop of all time."

Rudetsky's weekly live talk show, which includes interviews and performances from Broadway stars, is now held at 5 PM (to accommodate 7 PM curtains) at the New York cabaret Don't Tell Mama. There is a $10 donation and a two-drink minimum. The donation goes directly to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the nation's leading industry-based, not-for-profit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization.

Don't Tell Mama is located in New York City on West 46th Street, between Eighth and Ninth Avenues. Call (212) 757-0788 for reservations. DVDs of the talk show are available by visiting sethrudetsky.com.
