The USA Network hosted its annual upfront presentation at Pier 36 in New York on May 16. The upfronts give press and major advertisers a chance to preview the network's fall schedule, new shows, and allow marketers to purchase to buy television commercial airtime several months before the new seasons begin.
Tveit is featured as rookie FBI agent Mike Warren in the new original series "Graceland", which kicks off the network's summer drama schedule. "Graceland" is centered around a secretive group of undercover agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency, the FBI and United States Customs who all operate under one roof. Tveit was last seen on Broadway in Catch Me If You Can and Next to Normal and was a part of the award winning cast of the film version of "Les Miserables" as Enjolras.
Meanwhile, Socha has joined the cast of "Royal Pains" in a recurring role for the upcoming season. Socha has been seen in Spring Awakening, Death Takes a Holiday and the 2009 revival of Brighton Beach Memoirs. More recently she has been seen in recurring roles on Showtime's "The Big C" and FX Network's "Damages".
Holed up in a seedy motel on the edge of the Mojave Desert, two former lovers unpack the deep secrets and dark desires of their tangled relationship, passionately tearing each other apart. Led by director Daniel Aukin (Back Back Back at MTC, 4,000 Miles), Tony winner Nina Arianda (Venus in Fur at MTC, Born Yesterday) and Sam Rockwell (A Behanding in Spokane, The Way Way Back) bring an explosive intensity to Sam Shepard’s (Buried Child, True West) landmark myth of the new Wild West.
