Shubert Organization Board Chairman Gerald Schoenfeld and veteran producer Edgar Lansbury were honored by The Acting Company Nov. 12 at Cipriani Wall Street.

Schoenfeld received the Joan Warburg Award for his "humanitarian work for the nonprofit arts." Lansbury — who spent 30 years as the Acting Company's Board Chairman — was presented with the John Houseman Award, which honors the producer's "commitment to the development of classical actors and a national audience for the theatre."

Broadway favorite Bernadette Peters performed a tribute to Schoenfeld and Lansbury in song.
