Artist's Crossing Benefit Concert, with Harada, Llana and Blazer, Presented May 13

They Were You is the title of the May 13 concert to benefit The Artist's Crossing, the theatre company founded in 2004 by Judith Blazer, Joseph Bates and Landon Scott Heimbach. Jack Cummings III, the artistic director of The Transport Group, directs the concert with musical direction and arrangements by Joseph Thalken and Steve Marzullo. The Artist's Crossing, press notes state, is dedicated to "promoting, cultivating and fostering young talent by bringing together a diverse group of seasoned artists to mentor and guide them through workshops, the creation of new works and productions of existing repertoire." Proceeds from the evening will help fund upcoming master classes, intensives and performances. For more information visit www.ArtistsCrossing.com.
