Leachman, Bass, Braxton and More Will Be "Dancing with the Stars"

Several performers with Broadway credits will be part of the new season of the ABC hit "Dancing with the Stars."

Lance Bass (Hairspray), Toni Braxton (Aida, Beauty and the Beast), Susan Lucci (Annie Get Your Gun) and Cloris Leachman (South Pacific, The Crucible, King of Hearts) will all be contestants on the reality program, which returns Sept. 22 at 8 PM ET on ABC-TV; check local listings.

The remaining nine contestants include Brooke Burke, Rocco DiSpirito, Maurice Greene, Kim Kardashian, Cody Linley, Misty May-Treanor, Ted McGinley, Jeffrey Ross and Warren Sapp.

"Dancing with the Stars," the U.S. version of the international hit "Strictly Come Dancing," is hosted by Tom Bergeron. The celebrities perform dance routines judged each week by Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba. Viewers are also able to cast their votes each week.
