PHOTO CALL: Noth, Gallagher Jr. and Co. Rehearse Off-Broadway's Farragut North

Chris Noth, Olivia Thirlby and John Gallagher, Jr. are currently preparing for Atlantic Theater Company's world premiere of Beau Willimon's Farragut North.

Doug Hughes (Doubt) stages the new work at the Off-Broadway troupe's mainstage home, the Linda Gross Theater, for an Oct. 22-Nov. 29 run.

Noth ("Sex and the City"), Thirlby ("Juno") and Gallagher, Jr. (Spring Awakening) are joined in the cast by Kate Blumberg, Otto Sanchez, Dan Bittner and Isiah Whitlock, Jr.

In Farragut North, "Stephen Bellamy (Gallagher, Jr.) is a wunderkind press secretary who has built a career that men twice his age would envy," read show notes. "During a tight presidential primary race, Stephen's meteoric rise falls prey to the backroom politics of more seasoned operatives. Farragut North is a timely story about the lust for power and the costs one will endure to achieve it."
