Hairspray Final Performance Package to Benefit BC/EFA

"Extraordinary eBay," the online fundraising initiative started by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS this past summer, continues with a Hairspray package that is now available for bidding.

The "Hairspray Final Performance VIP Package," donated by the producers of the Tony-winning musical, includes a pair of orchestra seats to the show's final performance as well as a 14" x 22" poster/window card autographed by members of the final Broadway company and the coffee-table book "Hairspray: The Roots."

Hairspray will end its lengthy run at the Neil Simon Theatre Jan. 4, 2009. The current cast includes original Tony-winning stars Harvey Fierstein and Marissa Jaret Winokur.
