Liza's at the Palace...! Among New York Times' Best of 2008 Lists

New York Times critics Ben Brantley and Charles Isherwood each offered a list of the ten best shows of 2008.

The two critics' selections were chosen from Broadway, Off-Broadway and Off-Off-Broadway productions. Liza's at the Palace...! placed on both Brantley and Isherwood's lists.

Brantley also bestowed an unofficial "special lifetime achievement award for sustained sharpness in blunt times" to Forbidden Broadway.
