PHOTO CALL: New Musical Minsky's Plays Los Angeles

The new musical Minsky's, about the king of burlesque, is currently making its world premiere at Los Angeles' Ahmanson Theatre.

Bob Martin penned the book to the musical, which features a score by Charles Strouse (music) and Susan Birkenhead (lyrics). Casey Nicholaw directs.

Christopher Fitzgerald plays the title role in a cast that features Rachel Dratch, George Wendt and Beth Leavel as well as Katharine Leonard, John Cariani, Gerry Vichi, Kevin Cahoon and Paul Vogt.

The ensemble also includes Megan Nicole Arnoldy, Nathan Balser, Roxane Barlow, Jennifer Bowles, Kirsten Bracken, Jennifer Frankel, Linda Griffin, Blake Hammond, Philip Hoffman, Stacey Todd Holt, Marc Kessler, Sabra Lewis, Matt Loehr, Ariel Reid, Jeffrey Schecter, Angie Schworer, Sarrah Strimel, Charlie Sutton, Jennifer Werner and Patrick Wetzel.
