Antico, Gale, Bojtos, Pfrogner and More Will Join DeGarmo in Oz, the Musical

As previously announced, Diana DeGarmo, the "American Idol" finalist who made her Broadway debut in Hairspray, will star as Dorothy in a limited tour of Oz, the Musical, which is described as a "contemporary musical twist" on L. Frank Baum's "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz." Written, directed and choreographed by Todrick D. Hall, the musical is scheduled to launch Feb. 7-8 at the Majestic Theatre in Dallas, TX. Other Texas tour dates include Feb. 13-14 at the Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium in Fort Worth, Feb. 17 at the Jefferson Theatre in Beaumont, Feb. 21 at the Hippodrome Theatre in Waco and Feb. 28 at the Selena Auditorium in Corpus Christi. Diana DeGarmo shot to fame during the 2004 season of "American Idol." She made her Broadway debut as Penny Pingleton in Hairspray and also starred in a tour of Brooklyn the Musical.
