By Adam Hetrick
The Lincoln Center Theater production of Sarah Ruhl's In the Next Room or the vibrator play will play the Lyceum Theatre — recent home of Neil LaBute's Reasons to Be Pretty — in October. In the Next Room or the vibrator play, according to press notes, "is a comedy about marriage, intimacy and electricity which had its world premiere this past winter at Berkeley Repertory Theatre." The seven-member cast will be announced shortly. In the Next Room marks the Broadway debut of playwright Ruhl, who has authored the acclaimed plays Eurydice, The Clean House and Dead Man's Cell Phone. The Lyceum Theatre is located in Manhattan at 149 West 45th Street. For further information visit LCT. |
