"Idol" Finalist Fedorov to Reprise Joseph Role for Seattle Audiences

"American Idol" finalist Anthony Fedorov will star in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre in October.

Fedorov recently played the title role in the Andrew Lloyd Webber-Tim Rice musical for the Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma opposite "Idol" finalist Diana DeGarmo. He has also appeared Off-Broadway in The Fantasticks.

"I loved doing the show at the Lyric, but it was such a short run. We put in so much hard work for only six shows, and just when I felt I was starting to understand what I was doing, it was over. The chance to do it again so soon in a completely new and different production is tremendously exciting," Fedorov said in a statement.

The resident production will run Oct. 10-Nov. 1. Complete casting and creative duties will be announced shortly.
