Graham Replaces Tierney on NBC's "Parenthood"
By Adam Hetrick
Lauren Graham, who made her Broadway debut in the short-lived revival of Guys and Dolls last season, will return to television in the NBC series "Parenthood." Graham is set to portray a single mom who returns home to live with her parents in order to restart her life. The series, which was to premiere this fall, was postponed due to Tierney's health issues. A mid-season air date is planned. In addition for her Golden Globe-nominated performance in "Gilmore Girls," Graham has appeared on screen in "Evan Almighty," "Because I Said So," "The Pacifier," "The Moguls," "The Life Coach," "Lucky 13," "Seeing Other People," "Bad Santa," "Chasing Destiny," "One True Thing," "NewsRadio," "Law & Order," "Caroline in the City" and "Good Company." |
