Wallflower Sessions Concert to Feature Thompson, Greer, Weiss, Daniel and Mindelle

The music of up-and-coming composer Joey Contreras will be presented Dec. 14 at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre in Manhattan.

Entitled Wallflower Sessions, the 7 PM concert will boast the talents of Blake Daniel, Jen DeRosa, Brad Greer, Philip Drennen, Marla Mindelle, Katie Thompson, Kate Schwarz and Natalie Weiss.

Cabaretgoers can expect to hear tunes from Contreras' Wallflower, a coming-of-age musical; and This Thing Called Love, which was workshopped in July with Philly Music Theatre Works.

Contreras will be joined onstage by an accompanying four-piece band. Lisa Moss directs.
