PHOTO CALL: Memphis Celebrates One-Year Anniversary on Broadway

The 2010 Tony Award-winning musical Memphis, by Joe DiPietro and David Bryan, will celebrate its one year anniversary on Broadway on Oct. 19. The cast and crew celebrated the achievement with a party at BB Kings on Oct. 17.

The rock musical about an interracial love affair in the 1950's segregated South broke records for the Oct. 4-10 week, when the production grossed over $1 million for the first time since it arrived on Broadway in September 2009. Memphis earned the 2010 Tony Award for Best Musical.
