Broadway Ballyhoo Concert, With Barbara Walsh, Ryan Silverman, Marva Hicks, Mark Nadler, Offered Jan. 19
By Andrew Gans
Scott Siegel's Broadway Ballyhoo, the concert series that is now playing an open-ended run Thursday evenings at 11 PM at Feinstein's at Loews Regency, continues Jan. 19.
The evening features the talents of Tony nominee Barbara Walsh (Company), Ryan Silverman (Phantom of the Opera), Marva Hicks (Caroline, or Change) and multi-award-winning nightclub entertainer Mark Nadler.
In a previous statement creator-producer-host Siegel said, "The star power that we're getting every week at The Ballyhoo, both on stage and in the audience, is really putting this show on the map. Among the stars that have already performed in the month-and-a-half that we've been running have included Alice Ripley, Larry Gatlin, Alan Campbell, Lauren Kennedy, Marilyn Maye, and now Barbara Walsh this coming Thursday. Among the celebrities that have come in to see the show have been Clive Davis (Sony Records), Angela Bassett, Courtney Vance, Kim Cattrall, Laila Robins, and many others. It has been, in a word, exciting!"
Feinstein's is located at 540 Park Avenue at 61st Street in New York City.
