Kristin Chenoweth and Jim Parsons Announce Tony Nominations May 1

Tony winner Kristin Chenoweth and Emmy winner Jim Parsons will announce the nominees for the 66th Annual Tony Awards May 1 at 8:30 AM ET at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center at Lincoln Center.
Also on hand will be Ted Chapin, chairman of the American Theatre Wing; Heather Hitchens, executive director of the American Theatre Wing; Nick Scandalios, chairman of The Broadway League; and Charlotte St. Martin, executive director of The Broadway League.

The Tony Awards, celebrating excellence in Broadway theatre in the 2011-12 season, will be broadcast in a live three-hour ceremony from the Beacon Theatre on the CBS television network June 10. Emmy winner Neil Patrick Harris will again host.
