Betty Buckley Will Offer Tunes from Into the Woods, Evita, Chicago, Damn Yankees, Night Music and More at Feinstein's

Tony winner Betty Buckley, who will star in the London revival of Jerry Herman's Dear World in 2013, will first return to Feinstein's at Loews Regency with a brand-new show entitled The Other Woman: The Vixens of Broadway. The award-winning actress will play Feinstein's Oct. 2-27. Buckley will celebrate Broadway's second female leads, who have introduced classics like “When You're Good to Mama” (Chicago), "Another Suitcase In Another Hall" (Evita), “I Know Things Now" (Into the Woods), “Ribbons Down My Back” (Hello, Dolly!), “Whatever Lola Wants” (Damn Yankees) and “The Miller’s Son” (A Little Night Music). The Cats Tony winner – who will be joined by Christian Jacob on piano, Tony Marino on bass, Vic Juris on guitar and Todd Isler on drums – will also feature a selection from her new CD, "Ah Men! The Boys of Broadway," which was recently released by Palmetto Records. Betty Buckley offered acclaimed performances in Broadway's Sunset Boulevard, Carrie, Song & Dance, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, 1776, Triumph of Love and Promises, Promises. She won a Tony Award for her performance as Grizabella in the Broadway production of Cats, and she starred on the London stage in Promises, Promises and Sunset Boulevard, earning an Olivier Award nomination for her work in the latter.
