Cast of Calvin Berger Celebrates New CD With Joe's Pub Concert Sept. 24

Ghostlight Records will release the Original Cast Recording of Barry Wyner's new musical Calvin Berger, which was seen at the George Street Playhouse in a production directed by Tony winner Kathleen Marshall in 2010, Sept. 25. To celebrate the imminent release, the cast featured on the recording reunites Sept. 24 at 7 PM at Joe's Pub.

Performers include cast members Noah Weisberg, Krystal Joy Brown, David Hull and Dana Steingold as well as special guests Curt Hansen, F. Michael Haynie, Hayley Podschun and Tony nominee Tim Jerome.

The concert is directed by Travis Greisler, music-directed by Aron Accurso and produced by Katie Riegel.

Calvin Berger, which is loosely based on Cyrano De Bergerac, features orchestrations by three-time Tony winner Doug Besterman.
