James Barbour Will Offer Annual Holiday Concerts at Sardi's

James Barbour will return to Sardi's for his annual holiday season, which launches Nov. 10 at 8 PM with a pre-Thanksgiving concert.

The evening, which is entitled Bring Me Giants, will feature songs from Barbour's CD of the same name.

Additional concert dates in the Sardi's Eugenia Room will be announced at a later time. The holiday concerts will begin at 8:30 PM, although the Eugenia Room will open at 8 PM for champagne, drinks and desserts.

Laughing Dog Media, which will present the concerts, is also planning a series of interviews, hosted by Barbour, which will feature film and theatre luminaries interviewing their peers, co-stars, directors and  producers. The interview series, which will follow the holiday concerts, will be filmed and recorded for global television and radio audiences with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

James starred on Broadway in A Tale Of Two Cities (Sydney Carton), for which he was nominated for Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Drama League Awards for Best Actor; Carousel (Billy Bigelow); Jane Eyre (Rochester, Drama League Award nomination); Beauty and The Beast (Beast); Urinetown (Lockstock); Assassins (Czolgosz); and Cyrano The Musical.
