Songwriter and performer Max Vernon returns to Joe's Pub with Frisk Me: The Songs of Max Vernon Nov. 30 at 9:30 PM.



Performers at the sold-out concert include Robert Petkoff (Anything Goes, Ragtime), Saycon Sengbloh (Hair, Fela!, Wicked), Sarah Stiles (Into The Woods), Christopher Jackson (In The Heights), Larkin Bogan (American Idiot, Hair), Lady Rizo (Lady Rizo: Unescorted @ Joe's Pub), Alyse Alan Louis (Mamma Mia!), Jo Lampert (The Last Goodbye, Marie Antoinette), Grammy Award nominee Maiysha, Molly Pope (Our Hit Parade), Nathan Lee Graham (The Wild Party, Priscilla Queen of the Desert), singer-songwriter Lacrymosa and Sheri Sanders (Urinetown).

Frisk Me: The Songs of Max Vernon highlights Vernon's songwriting and features material from his musicals WIRED (Ars Nova) and Sugarbaby (Tisch, music by Shane Parks).

Band members include Rona Siddiqui (musical direction/piano), Hiroyuki Matsuura (drums), Ayesu Lartey (bass) and Jared Weiss (guitar). Backup vocals are performed by Stevi Inremona, Angela Sclafani and Sylver Wallace.

Frisk Me is directed by Sam Pinkleton and produced by Lina Renzina and Thirza Defoe.
