The Pioneer Theatre Company will present Philip Barry's romantic comedy The Philadelphia Story beginning Jan. 11, 2013, at the Simmons Pioneer Memorial Theatre in Salt Lake City.

Directed by Jenn Thompson, the limited engagement will continue through Jan. 26.

The cast includes Richie Call as Mac, Joyce Cohen as Margaret Lord, Roger Dunbar as Thomas, Todd Gearhart (Bye Bye Birdie) as C. Dexter Haven, Bailee Johnson as Dinah, Todd Lawson (Summer and Smoke) as Mike, Anderson Mathews as Seth Lord, Allison McLemore as Tracy Lord, Bill Nabel as Uncle Willie, Margaret Nichols as Liz Imbrie, Andy Rindlisbach as Sandy Lord, Matthew Jay Romriell as Edward, Jay Stratton as George Kittredge, Eva TerraNova as Elsie and Rosie Ward as May.

Here's how PTC describes the work: "Tracy Lord is young, beautiful, sophisticated, fabulously wealthy, and about to marry what she thinks is the man of her dreams. But when her dashing ex-husband and the two reporters assigned to cover her wedding descend on her family’s opulent country house outside Philadelphia the day before the ceremony, Tracy has a hard time keeping her nuptials — not to mention the dictates of her own heart — on track."

Other members of the creative team include set designer Wilson Chin, costume designer David Toser, lighting designer ML Geiger, sound designer Matthew Tibbs, hair and makeup designer Amanda French, dramaturg Janine Sobeck, production stage manager Jeffrey Stewart Williams and stage manager Mary P. Costello.
