Five-time Tony winner Audra McDonald, who was recently named host of the Live From Lincoln Center series, explains her long history with Lincoln Center’s stages in this new video.

As previously reported, McDonald will host One Singular Sensation: Celebrating Marvin Hamlisch, the New York Philharmonic’s tribute to the late composer. Featuring performances by McDonald, Joshua Bell, Megan Hilty, Josh Groban and more, the concert will air on PBS stations Dec. 31 at 8 PM ET; check local listings.
