Brenda Braxton, Burke Moses, Lenora Nemetz, Laurie Veldheer Cast in Paper Mill/Maltz Jupiter Thoroughly Modern Millie

Complete casting has been announced for a co-production of the Tony-winning musical Thoroughly Modern Millie, which will play the Maltz Jupiter Theatre in Jupiter, FL, March 5-24, followed by a run at the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ, April 10-May 5.



The production will be directed by Paper Mill producing artistic director Mark S. Hoebee with choreography by Denis Jones.

The cast will feature Tony nominee Brenda Braxton as Muzzy van Hossmere, Burke Moses as Trevor Graydon III, Lenora Nemetz as Mrs. Meers, Laurie Veldheer as Millie Dilmount and Jeff Kready as Jimmy Smith.

The company also includes Ashley Kate Adams as Miss Dorothy Brown, Carleigh Bettiol, Giovanni Bonaventura, Colleen Broome, Barry Busby, Billy Bustamante as Bun Foo, Leslie Donna Flesner, Charlie Johnson, Brian Padgett, James Seol as Ching Ho, Jessica Sheridan as Miss Flannery, Kelly Skidmore, Amy Van Norstrand and John T. Wolfe.

Based on the 1967 film of the same name, Thoroughly Modern Millie, according to press notes, "tells the story of a small-town girl who travels to New York City to marry for money instead of love."
