Michael Ball CD, "Both Sides Now," Features New Songs by Tim Rice, Andrew Lloyd Webber Plus "Suddenly" from "Les Miz" Film

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Leslie Bricusse have joined forces on "The Perfect Song," a brand-new tune that can be heard on Olivier winner Michael Ball's latest solo recording. Entitled "Both Sides Now," the CD was recently released in the U.K. The new disc also includes "Suddenly," which was penned for the film of "Les Miserables," and "Fight The Fight," which was written by Tim Rice and Stuart Brayson for the new musical From Here To Eternity. Other song titles include "Love Changes Everything" (with Il Divo), "Make You Feel My Love," "Run," "Songbird," "I Will Always Love You" and "Love and Affection," among others. Ball will promote the new CD with a concert tour; current tour dates follow:

Ball previously appeared in the West End premiere of Sondheim's Passion, and was also seen on the London stage as the Olivier Award-winning star of Hairspray. He also originated leading roles in the West End in Les Misérables, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Aspects of Love (subsequently on Broadway) and took over roles in The Woman in White and The Phantom of the Opera. He made his English National Opera debut as Hajj/Poet in Kismet, and in 2005 he made his debut with the New York City Opera as Reginald Bunthrone in Gilbert and Sullivan's Patience.
