Tony Award winner Frances Ruffelle, who created the role of Eponine in the London and Broadway productions of Les Miserables, will offer a concert at the new Manhattan nightspot 54 Below May 22.

The evening, which is entitled Beneath the Dress, will begin at 9:30 PM; doors open at 8:45 PM. There is a $30-$40 cover charge and a $25 food and beverage minimum.

Beneath the Dress promises an "evening that’s all [Ruffelle], celebrating 'women who love to entertain,' via the music from the stage and beyond that made them great."

Frances Ruffelle's many stage appearances include Dinah in Trevor Nunn’s Starlight Express, Yonah in the original West End production of Children of Eden, Roxie Hart in Chicago and, most recently, the title role in Piaf. She also makes a cameo appearance in the "Les Misérables" film.

54 Below is located at 254 W. 54th Street. Tickets and additional information are available at 54Below.com.
