THE SCREENING ROOM: Spring Awakening's Remy Zaken and Gabriel Violett Cover Heights, Spelling Bee and More

Remy Zaken and Gabriel Violett, who were both seen in the Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening, offered (re)Introducing Remy & Gabe March 18 at the Laurie Beechman Theater in New York City.
At the 7 PM concert, produced by Shoshana Feinstein and directed by Max Friedman with musical direction by Drew Wutke, the duo "show[ed] the world another side of them" with "popular hits and brand new songs." Here are highlights from the concert.
Zaken, who originated the role of Thea in Spring Awakening, was also seen in Off-Broadway's Freckleface Strawberry and appears in the upcoming short film "Sing Along."
Violett, who performed as Otto in the final cast of Spring Awakening, is a member of The Broadway Boys and was recently seen in the York reading of Drew Gasparini's Crazy, Just Like Me.
