Broadway singing actress Leslie Kritzer, who recently married musical director Vadim Feichtner, will return to Joe's Pub next month with her critically acclaimed cabaret act Beautiful Disaster.

Kritzer will play the intimate venue located within the Public Theater April 22 and 29 at 9:30 PM, May 4 at 11:30 PM and May 13 at 9:30 PM.

Kritzer's show, which she created with Randy Blair, will feature a four-piece band led by music director/pianist Feichtner.

"The year is 1995, and Jersey girl Leslie Kritzer is a senior at Livingston High School," according to press notes. "After the crushing blow of not landing the lead in her school's musical, and the dramatic events of her parents' telenovela-like divorce, Leslie abandons her good girl persona and turns from Kritzer to Hyde, unleashing her teenage Jew-rican vengeance upon the town. Drugs! Kleptomania! Pre-marital sex! Playing 30 different characters in a comic tour de force, Beautiful Disaster explores what happens when the shit hits the fan and rebellion meets reality."

A graduate of the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, Kritzer has appeared on Broadway in Elf, the Musical and Hairspray, as well as in the original casts of Legally Blonde, A Catered Affair and Sondheim on Sondheim. She earned a 2009 Outer Critics Circle Award nomination for her work Off-Broadway in Rooms: A Rock Romance. A Special Achievement MAC Award winner for her show Leslie Kritzer Is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches, Kritzer was Drama Desk-nominated for her performance Off-Broadway in The Great American Trailer Park Musical. She also played Fanny Brice in the acclaimed Paper Mill Playhouse production of Funny Girl.

Kritzer will be seen opposite Catherine Cox in The Transport Group's upcoming production of The Memory Show.
