Carolee Carmello, Christopher Fitzgerald, Bob Stillman, Patrick Page Set for Broadway Musicals of 1972
By Andrew Gans
The 13th season of the Broadway by the Year series will continue April 29 at Town Hall with The Broadway Musicals of 1972.
The evening, created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel, will feature the talents of Carolee Carmello, Christopher Fitzgerald, Bob Stillman, Patrick Page, Danny Gardner and the Broadway by the Year Chorus. Show time is 8 PM.
Attendees can expect to hear songs from Sugar, Grease, Pippin and more.
"I am particularly pleased to have Danny Gardner return because his two numbers in the first concert this season both stopped the show,” said Siegel in a statement. “He's a terrific young singer/dancer and I'm delighted to showcase his talent, as we have for so many dancers, including Noah Racey, Jeffry Denman, Mark Stuart, and Kendrick Jones. He follows in a great tradition. Finally, having the Broadway by the Year Chorus back once more confirms what a valuable asset they are for giving these concerts the ability to put on big production numbers.”
Tickets are $55, $50 and $45 and are on sale through TicketMaster.com, (800) 982-2787, or The Town Hall Box Office (123 West 43rd Street) between noon-6 PM (except Sundays) at (212) 840-2824.
